Quality Management

Studio67 is committed to providing the highest standard of design, print and customer care to all my clients. My main priority is to provide a consistent professional service, always aiming to satisfy if not exceed the expectations of my clients.

Studio67 strives to constantly improve knowledge, skills and efficiency to help avoid any unforeseen errors being made.

I am fully supportive of my Quality Management policy and its importance to my business and clients, ensuring the highest quality of my products and services at every stage. I also welcome advice and/or comments if you observe an area of my service that can be approved on.

Equal Opportunities

Studio67 will pride itself on providing a policy of equal opportunities to all future associates. Studio67’s policy ensures that no individual receives less favourable treatment and are selected by ability and merit alone.

It is Studio67’s aim that it will treat all people equally irrespective of sex, sexual orientation, race, creed, age, ethnic origin, political belief, marital or parental status.

Environmental Policy

Studio67 is aware that as a Design company, its line of work does have an impact on the environment through printing technologies, packaging and hardware devices. However, I have recognised that the impression of its environmental footprint can be controlled and reduced through monitoring resources effectively. The responsibility for managing, maintaining and implementing my environmental policy sits with every supplier to Studio67 and I try to ensure this is engaged at all times where possible.

Through recycling, carefully considered printing and simply turning out the lights when not in use, we are all doing our part to keep our environmental footprint to a minimum. Equally, I welcome new concepts and processes from my suppliers who also show an awareness of these matters. Where possible I prefer to use lithographic printers that embrace water-based ink technologies. Whenever possible I take measures to ensure that the products we use together are recyclable and are disposed of properly.

For print projects I also try to select papers and boards that are FSC accredited and always ask the printers I use about their own measures they take to ensure a good, practical level of awareness is in place.

With the shift in more correspondence being done via email than physical meetings these days my business mileage has been dramatically reduced. Even so, my own company car policy is kept in focus as much as possible for the miles I drive and requirements I have for the installation/surveying of exhibitions and other projects that require the carrying/delivery of products. Any vehicle that belongs to Studio67 is always maintained and serviced to the highest level possible – no designer should drive a vehicle it doesnt care about, its a design piece itself!
